"Liz Olvera and Carolina Fuentes are AMAZING!! I can’t thank them enough! There hasn’t been a question that they didn’t provide an answer to even if it wasn’t their area of expertise! They’re honest and tell you they don’t know but will find out for you! They don’t pass you off in circles simply because it’s not their department. They go through the process themselves , see what is frustrating the customer and fix it! In a timely manner!! They received my frustration but kept their professionalism the entire time! I believe the agents make the company and not all State Farm’s are the same so go to Liz and her team!"
